Archiving and Indexing

Archiving, Preservation, and Indexing

Every paper published in Conference Proceedings in Science and Management (CPSM) is meant to stay available and citable permanently. This page sets out what is in place today and what is planned, with the conditions each step depends on.

Persistent Identifiers

SHORAM Editorial Services has been a member of Crossref since September 2026. Every CPSM paper is registered with a Crossref DOI when its issue is published, and the DOI resolves to the paper's landing page on this site. DOIs take the form 10.68337/cpsm.v1.i1.2026-001, recording the volume, the issue, the year, and the article number. The DOI and the landing page URL do not change after publication.

ORCID iDs are required for corresponding authors and recommended for every author, so that each paper links to the people who wrote it.

Hosting and Backup

The site and all published files are hosted on managed infrastructure run for SHORAM Editorial Services and are backed up regularly to separate storage. The final PDF of every paper and every issue is also kept by the editorial office outside the hosting service.

Long-Term Preservation

CPSM plans to participate in the PKP Preservation Network once an ISSN has been assigned and the series' eligibility, plugin configuration, and successful deposits have been verified. PKP PN is a dark archive that provides access following its defined trigger process. Independent preservation through PKP PN is not currently claimed.

Indexing and Discovery

ServicePosition
CrossrefMember since September 2026. DOI metadata registered for every paper on publication
Google ScholarLanding pages carry citation metadata intended for discovery. Inclusion has not been verified
OAI-PMHMetadata open for harvesting at cpsmse.com/index.php/cpsm/oai
ISSNNot yet assigned. Application preparation began after publication of the first issue
PKP Preservation NetworkNot currently preserved. Participation will be verified after an ISSN is assigned and successful deposits are confirmed
DOAJNot indexed. Eligible to apply once an ISSN is assigned
Sherpa RomeoNot yet registered. The self-archiving policy below will be registered after the first volume
Scopus and Web of ScienceNot indexed. The series will apply once it has the publication history these services require

CPSM will not describe itself as indexed, or as under evaluation, by any service until that is true, and does not promise indexing to conference organizers or authors. This table is updated whenever a position changes, and every change is also posted on the Announcements page.

Author Self-Archiving

Authors may deposit any version of their paper, including the published PDF, in institutional or subject repositories, on personal websites, and on academic networking sites, at any time and with no embargo. The deposit should link to the DOI of the published version.

Withdrawal of Content

A published paper is never deleted or silently changed. Where a paper is retracted, or must be removed for a legal reason, its landing page stays in place with the reason and a link to the notice. The procedures are on the Corrections, Retractions, and Errata page.
