Publication Frequency
Publication Frequency
Conference Proceedings in Science and Management (CPSM) publishes one volume for each accepted conference. The number of volumes in a year depends on the number of conferences accepted, so the series is declared as irregular. It publishes online only and has no print edition.
Volumes and Issues
A volume carries the papers of one conference and is numbered in the order volumes are opened. A volume is released in issues. Each issue holds up to 32 papers and is published on the last working day of a calendar month, so a volume of 90 papers appears in three issues over three consecutive months.
Papers are placed in issues so that no author appears on more than one paper in the same issue. Topic sections inside each issue follow the tracks of the conference.
A paper that is still waiting on a required document or an editorial query when its issue closes moves to a later issue of the same volume. It is not published early or separately.
Numbering
| Element | Rule | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Volume | One per conference | Volume 1 |
| Issue | Up to 32 papers, released at month end | Volume 1, Issue 2 |
| Article number | Three digits, continuous across the whole volume | 033 |
| Pages | Continuous within each issue | pp. 101-112 |
| DOI | Registered with Crossref on publication | 10.68337/cpsm.v1.i2.2026-033 |
What CPSM Does Not Do
CPSM does not post papers online ahead of their issue and does not keep a list of forthcoming papers. A paper exists in the series from the day its issue is published, in its final paginated form, with its DOI. Accepted authors receive a letter naming the volume and issue their paper is assigned to.
