Templates

Templates

These are the official templates of Conference Proceedings in Science and Management (CPSM). Please download them from this page for each new conference rather than reusing copies from an earlier event, and do not change their structure.

Manuscript Templates for Authors

Use the template in the reference style your conference has chosen. The volume editors choose IEEE or APA 7th edition for the whole volume and state it in the call for papers.

Notes on the Manuscript Templates

  • The Word templates use the Georgia typeface and carry the CPSM masthead in the header. Do not change the header, the footer, or the order of sections.
  • The LaTeX template uses the standard IEEEtran class and compiles on Overleaf or any current TeX distribution. References may be given in a thebibliography environment or in a .bib file with the IEEEtran.bst style.
  • The template sets the length, not the final layout. Accepted papers are typeset by the editorial office to the house design, so authors do not need to adjust spacing or page breaks.
  • Every published paper carries four declarations before the references: funding, use of generative AI, data availability, and conflicts of interest. Please supply all four with your final version.
  • Papers must also meet the Author Guidelines and the Publication Ethics policy. A paper not prepared in the template may be returned before review.

Template for Volume Editors

At the close of review, the volume editors complete and sign the Statement of Peer Review and send it to the editorial office with the table of contents and the similarity report for every paper. The office fills in the details it already holds, so the editors check and sign rather than compile.

What the Statement Records

The Statement is published with the volume and follows the format used by the major proceedings publishers. It records the review model, the submission system used, the number of papers submitted, sent for review, and accepted, the acceptance rate, the minimum and average number of reviews per paper, the total number of reviewers, the similarity screening tool, and a named contact person. It is signed by every volume editor and countersigned by the Editor-in-Chief, or by the Chair of the Editorial Advisory Board where the Editor-in-Chief is recused.

Agreements

A conference whose proposal is accepted signs a Publishing Agreement with SHORAM Editorial Services, and each volume editor signs a Volume Editor Agreement. Specimen copies are available from info@shoramedits.com.
